The Toilet Door Sign supports those with Alzheimer’s, or dementia, by making it clear where the toilet, or bathroom is located. This mobility aid has bright colours and bold text, making it easy to identify and read, helping people to get on with their everyday tasks.
This living aid helps to reorientate people in their home, bringing back a sense of familiarity. The sign provides clear guidance, indicating where to go. The sign is available in a choice of two colours.
Not only does the Toilet Door Sign help to reassure those living with dementia, or Alzheimer’s, but it also helps people maintain their independence and self-reliance. The sign helps people to find what they need without requiring any assistance.
The door sign is available in a range of designs. Options include – male toilet, female toilet and disabled toilet.

Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £50 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look atour delivery page here.
Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
