This Homecraft Button Hook and Zip Puller is a handy mobility aid with 2-in-1 functionality, helping you do up the buttons on a shirt or blouse as well as pulling up zips on trousers, coats and jackets.
For buttons, all you have to do is simply push the hook through a button hole and grab the button, then pull the hook back through the hole.
For zips, a ring is attached through the hole of the zip tab and the hook on the end of the cord pull engages the ring. When the zip is fully closed or open, the hook can be released.
This mobility aid is ideal for people who have arthritis or other conditions that can impact dexterity, allowing anyone to get dressed without the assistance of others.

Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
