This mobility aid is the ideal daily living aid for people who struggle with moving from different levels. The Derby Half Step also has a large platform that allows those who struggle with balance to use the step to steady themselves, before attempting to step up, or down.
This mobility aid halves the distance between the doorstep rise and ground level, allowing less distance for the feet to travel. It’s the ideal aid to be placed on the ground next to a door sill.
The Derby Half Step provides support to those who find themselves struggling to step down from a high level. The top of the step is a non-slip mat, so those who struggle with minor wobbling can be reassured by the reduced risks of trips and falls. The step contains adjustable feet and is rust and corrosion resistant, so you don't have to worry about the step starting to decay, or becoming unsightly.
With the Derby Half Step minimising the distance between the door level and floor, accessibility to the outdoors is made much easier.

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
