If you care for a loved one, or a patient, you will know how important it is for urgent messages to be received straight away. That's why the Care Call Fall Detector Pack will ensure you are always the first to receive an alert when someone needs you.
This mobility aid is part of the Care Call range of products and is designed to offer peace of mind to family, friends and carers.
This daily living aid pack comes supplied with three items – a Fall Detector Fob, a Vibrating Pager and a Trickle Charger.
The Fall Detector Fob in this aid pack can be worn as a pendant. It has an inbuilt sensor that will send an automatic alert in the event of a fall, as the sensor is triggered by a shock when the pendant strikes the floor.
When the fob is triggered, the person with the Care Call Vibrating Pager will be alerted within a 100 to 1,000 metres (109 to 1,093 yards) radius.
This mobility aid is powered by a 6V battery which lets you know when its charge is running low. At this point, you can use the supplied Trickle Charger to ensure your independent living is not compromised and that the Care Call Fall Detector Pack is always charged and ready for use.

Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £50 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look atour delivery page here.
Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
