The Safe Presence Status Monitoring System can be set to sound an immediate alarm if a person being monitored leaves a chair, or a bed. Alternatively, if the person has a degree of independence and is capable of going to the bathroom unaided etc, then the alarm can be delayed for up to an hour.
If for some reason the person hasn’t returned within the hour, then the alarm is sounded. Once a person has returned within the hour time frame, then the monitor automatically resets.
The alarm has multiple tones to choose from, or it can be silent if preferred. There is also a visual indicator that can be used.
This flexible and practical living aid allows the user to keep to as normal a routine as possible.
As a mobility aid that benefits both carer and patient, the Safe Presence Status Monitoring System is practical and indiscreet. If the carer feels that an hour is too long, then the monitoring system can be set for half an hour, ten minutes, or less.
This mobility aid features a nurse call output for connection to the majority of nurse call systems and comes with a low battery indicator for increased safety, a mounting bracket and a power supply. It can also be used with 2 x AAA batteries – these are not included.
The Safe Presence Status Monitoring system can also be used with Safe Presence Sensor Pads, which you can also purchase from Ability Superstore.

Delivery

Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
