A tetrapod is a walking stick with a base featuring four legs, each with a ferrule. They are designed to offer increased stability to the user, as the base is wider than a single base.
The tetrapod is fitted with high-quality ferrules created from non-slip rubber. In order to maximise the comfort to the user, the handles taper towards the front to give a good grip and prevent slipping. These can be autoclaved up to 80°C.
