The Wide Base Mug with Two Lids is made from high strength polycarbonate. This is increasingly popular in the home because polycarbonate is so tough and durable. On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
