Description
Our fantastic range of rise and recline chairs are delivered as standard to your door. If you would prefer one of our qualified engineers to deliver and install your chair, please add this option to your basket.
A member of our team will give you a call to arrange the best day to complete the installation with you. On the day of delivery, one of our friendly drivers will install the chair in your preferred room (please note that there will be an additional charge if the item is required anywhere other than the ground floor - please call us for details).
Once set up, the engineers will provide a full demonstration of how the chair works, ensuring that you are happy and comfortable with it before leaving. All unwanted packaging will be removed by the driver.
If you require the removal of an existing chair, please select the 'installation and removal' option from the drop down menu.
As this is a specially tailored delivery service, the delivery will take longer than our standard delivery estimate. This will depend on the specific delivery required.
Please note: If the delivery drivers are required to take the item up any stairs there would be an additional charge

Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £50 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look atour delivery page here.
Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
