The Travelite Aluminium Transport Chair is a lightweight aluminium framed mobility aid, specially designed for travel. Built to promote independent living, the wheelchair comes with a compact carry bag, making it ideal for storage and transportation.
This attendant propelled wheelchair features a half fold, back mechanism and can fold to one-third the size of a typical folded wheelchair, meaning it can be stored in even the smallest of spaces and car boots, allowing this daily living aid to be perfect for holidays, days out and shopping trips.
The padded, desk-style armrests have a release button to facilitate seamless side transfers and the footrests come with heel cups for improved support and posture.
The Travelite Aluminium Transport Chair has two sturdy hand brakes and stepper tubes, which allow the wheelchair to navigate through obstacles, such as door thresholds and dropped kerbs.
The 20 cm (7.9 inches) solid, puncture-proof tyres offer great durability and low maintenance. The aluminium frame and nylon upholstery can be cleaned with just a damp cloth and mild detergent, or disinfectant.

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £50 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look atour delivery page here.
Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
