Care instructions:
- The jug can be used in a microwave
- The jug can be washed in a dishwasher, however it is recommended to hand wash in warm soapy water as dishwashers will gradually erode the markings and the surface may become scratched
- Dishwashing at high temperatures may also reduce the elasticity of the foam grip on the handle
- The scales should be kept clean by wiping regularly with a damp cloth

Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
