Description

  • Comes with 20 in-built alarms
  • Helpful daily living aid for those with dementia and memory loss
  • With an auto-dimming display for day and night
  • Attractive white frame
  • Produced in partnership with the Alzheimer's Society

This clever Reminder Clock has been developed alongside healthcare professionals with a wealth of experience in care of the elderly and those living with and affected by conditions which result in memory loss. This clock has been designed to help ease the stress and anxieties of daily life by prompting when it is time to do certain tasks.

This daily living aid features a choice of 4 different time and date displays, enabling you to chose the one which suits your personal taste and the one you find easiest to view. It comes with 20 pre-set reminders, including eating, drinking, taking medication, visitors and sleeping. However, we know that everyone's day to day looks different, which is why you can personalise and add your own reminders and upload video or audio via USB.

The Reminder Clock plays a multi-tonal chime prior to each reminder, ensuring this can be heard by people who are unable to hear certain pitches. The task is then displayed clearly on the screen and announced in an easy to hear female voice, prompting you to have some lunch, attend an appointment, feed the dog, or any other event.

The 20 cm (8 inches) clock has been designed in an aesthetically pleasing and sleek white frame with a stand, meaning it fits into any household seamlessly, whilst the adjustable volume and brightness allow you to personalise this daily living aid to suit your needs. It is programmed by a simple button pad on the back, but also includes a remote control, so you can programme the clock however is easiest for you.

The Reminder Clock is mains powered, meaning you don't need to worry about replacing batteries, or it ever running out, and the clock will auto dim in the evening until the morning.
