The Over Door Exercise Pulley is ideal for improving co-ordination and strength in shoulders, arms and hands. Regular use of this practical exercise equipment, after injury, or surgery, allows the stronger arm to pull up the affected arm in a controlled stretching motion which strengthens the muscles and relaxes the tendons.
Easily installed, this effective disability aid is ideal for continuing rehabilitation in the home. Simply attach the shoulder pulley to a door, using the attachment provided, and adjust the length of rope using the adjusters on the rope itself. Anyone with limited dexterity, or infirmity, due to age, or illness, will find the large handles attached to the rope easy to grasp.
Used in clinics by physio therapists, this well designed leisure and outdoor aid can also be used in your own home, in your own time, enabling you to speed up the recovery process between visits to a professional.
The shoulder pulley mobility aid comes in two options. One has an Extended Metal Bracket which positions the pulley 38 cm (15 inches) from the door which gives plenty of room to manoeuvre. The other version attaches snugly to the door with a Webbing Anchor which has a non-scratch hold.

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look atour delivery page here.
Returns
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
