Designed following specifications of Paul Brand, MD, volumeter accurately measures hand and distal forearm oedema for objective monitoring of oedema-reducing treatments. Oedema levels are measured by measuring the fluid overflow resulting from immersion of the injured hand in the volumeter tank. Set includes 9 x 13 x 28cm volumeter tank, receiver to catch overflow, and a 500ml graduated cylinder to allow precise measurement of water displacement.

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.


On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please drop us an email at or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.

If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.

Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
