To reuse, simply place in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, until the crystal has turned to liquid. Carefully drain the water and once the product is of a comfortable temperature than you can use it again to warm up your hands.
We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
