The Lifemax Home Safety Alert is a wearable electronic device designed to summon help in an emergency. This mobility aid offers both security and safety and adds an extra layer of reassurance to your daily living.

This mobility aid is a simple and effective wireless alarm system. This living aid features one main receiver base unit and two pendant calling transmitters which require minimal installation. 

To call for help, simply press the Call button on your wearable pendant mobility aid and raise the alarm for immediate assistance. There is a call button on each pendant.

When the Call button is pressed, the main base unit of the Lifemax Home Safety Alert detects which pendant the signal is coming from, so it will recognise which member of the household is calling.

Each pendant emits a distinct sound and displays different coloured lights to indicate who is in need of assistance. The alarm sound will vary depending on the degree of urgency. Pressing the reset button on the aid's base will completely cancel the call.

Each pendant transmitter uses 1 x 23A 12v battery, which is included. The main receiver unit of the Lifemax Home Safety Alert is powered by 4 x AA batteries, which are not included.

What is VAT relief and what makes me eligible to claim it?

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.

If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.

Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
