This emergency call pendant can be worn around the neck, or wrist, or attached to a bag, or keyring. When the large, easy-to-press button is activated, it uses mobile technology to automatically call three telephone numbers set by you. These can be landline, or mobile numbers, and it will call one after the other until your call is answered.
The Lifemax Friends and Family Mobile SOS Button allows you to talk through the pendant and have a two-way conversation with your friend, carer, or family member. This enables you to explain what assistance you need.
This mobility aid is useful in a wide range of situations, whether it's an emergency and you need your loved one to contact the emergency services on your behalf, or if you need assistance quickly, or simply need to notify them of something.
The Lifemax Friends and Family Mobile SOS Button lets you get on with your usual activities of daily living and everyday tasks, such as walking your dog and visiting the shops, whilst offering peace of mind that should you need to contact a friend, or family member, you can do so quickly and easily with the touch of a button.
The button is powered by a USB rechargeable lithium battery, which when fully charged, provides up to 30 minutes talk time and up to 6 months standby. The battery low warning indicator will alert you when the battery needs recharging and you can also set up an optional SMS (text message) alert to let you know.
With the SMS setup, you can also amend your telephone numbers and functions remotely to ensure that your Mobile SOS Button is always up to date.
The Lifemax Friends and Family Mobile SOS Button is supplied with a lanyard and USB cable. An optional wrist strap and USB charger are available to purchase separately.
The SOS button is small and unobtrusive, making it a discreet mobility aid and will work anywhere that has a mobile signal.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please drop us an email at heretohelp@abilitysuperstore.com or phone customer services on 0161 85 00 884 if you wish to return an item so that we know to look out for it. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
