The Novo Cup has a spouted lid. The spout helps to control the flow of fluid which can prevent sputtering and choking.
This kitchen and dining aid is particularly suited to those who might struggle to move their heads. The Novo Cup can be emptied without having to tip your head back. This mobility aid can also be used by individuals who cannot sit up.
Once the lid is in place on the cup and the stopper is secured, a firm seal is formed making this an entirely spill proof daily living aid. The long length of the spout reduces the risk of spillage when drinking and the well-designed lid protects from leakage, or liquid damage, if the cup is knocked over accidentally. On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
