We accept payment either online, over the phone or through the post.
If you would like to order online you can use either a debit or credit card though our secure checkout process. Alternatively you can use the Checkout by Amazon facility or make payment through PayPal.
If you would prefer to order over the phone that's fine. One of our friendly UK based advisers is on hand to help and can take credit or debit card details.
We do not keep your debit or credit card details once your order has been processed.
You can also send us your order in the post if you prefer. Please make cheques payable to Specialist Mobility Ltd.

Speed of delivery
We keep a large range of the most popular selling items in stock, however with over 12,000 product lines available on the website it's unfortunately not possible to keep every single one in stock.
We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as we can - please do allow around 5 to 7 working days (and slightly longer for Bank Holidays). Items which we do not keep in stock we order from a number of different manufacturers and suppliers and they strive to fulfil our orders within 2 to 3 working days, which allows us to maintain our delivery to you of around 5 to 7 working days.
However occasionally products are either out of stock with our suppliers or have been discontinued and in these situations we will contact you as soon as we can, offering appropriate alternatives where available. If there is an extended delay with the delivery of your order we will email you to let you know and, of course, at this point you can cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. The law states that we have up to 30 days to supply your order.
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order through regular emails and will also confirm despatch via email.
We deliver to mainland UK - England, Scotland and Wales (and Northern Ireland for the smaller items which can be despatched via the Royal Mail's postal service).
Delivery to Northern Ireland (for larger items), the Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Southern Ireland can be arranged but may cost more than our standard charges. Please contact us by phone, email or LiveChat if you have a query about arranging delivery to non UK mainland addresses. PLEASE NOTE: that deliveries to these non-mainland UK locations may take slightly longer due to the Royal Mail.
Unfortunately delivery to PO Box and BFPO addresses is not possible due to Royal Mail restrictions.
* For a limited period we are offering FREE delivery on all orders over £35 excluding scooters, chairs and beds which require a dedicated two man delivery service.
We use the Royal Mail for most items and Parcelforce too, for larger/more bulky items.
Use of packaging materials
In line with our environmental policy we often use recycled cartons and packaging, in an attempt to help reduce the amount of waste packaging which ends up in landfill.
